Using Milk walla
These Terms govern your use of the Milk walla application, website, and related support. Use the service only if you can enter into a valid agreement and are authorized to manage the records you submit. If you use Milk walla for a business, you are responsible for having authority to act for that business.
Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Do not share access without authorization, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another distributor’s records. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
Permitted use
Use Milk walla for lawful customer management, milk delivery records, billing assistance, and payment recordkeeping. Do not upload unlawful material, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, or use the service to harass or deceive others.
Your records and customers
You remain responsible for customer information, quantities, rates, balances, and payments you record. Check bills and exports before sharing or relying on them. Obtain the permissions needed to use customer details. Your commercial arrangements, collections, refunds, and disputes with customers remain between you and those customers.
Billing assistance, not financial advice
Milk walla calculates and displays information from the records entered. It does not provide accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice and does not guarantee payment collection. Recording a received payment is a bookkeeping action, not a payment-processing service.
Privacy, exports and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of account and business information. You can request account and data deletion through the dedicated deletion page or support email. Deletion does not recall exported files or messages already shared with others, and does not discharge outstanding real-world obligations.
Application and brand materials
Milk walla branding, application code, and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service for its intended purpose; this does not grant ownership of the brand or permission to redistribute protected materials. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
Third-party services
Google Play, WhatsApp, email providers, and other services you choose to use have their own terms and availability. Milk walla does not control their operation. Review external destinations and shared information before proceeding.
Availability and changes
Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Keep copies of records you need for your business. No uninterrupted availability or particular business result is promised.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Milk walla is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, unauthorized sharing, misuse, or reliance on unverified calculations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs rights and remedies.
Changes and support
