Open Customers in the app, choose Add Customer, and enter their delivery details.

Yes. Flexible and custom milk quantities are supported.
How do monthly bills work?+
Review the selected month’s recorded deliveries in Bills to see customer-wise totals. Check entries before sharing.
Can I record partial payments?+
Yes. Record the amount received and review the remaining customer balance.
How do I track pending balances?+
Review the customer balance and payment history in the app.
Can I send WhatsApp reminders?+
Yes. The app opens a prepared reminder in WhatsApp for you to review and send.

Does it work without internet?+
Account sign-in, server access, and account deletion require an internet connection. Keep a connection available when managing account-connected records.

Account-connected records are processed by the Milk walla server, and the app maintains local records needed for its operation. Read the Privacy Policy for your choices and deletion options.
