You can request deletion without installing, opening, or signing in to the Milk walla app. Email our support team to start your request.

Email deletion request

Your email app will open a prepared message. Send it to submit your request. Opening the message does not send an email or delete your account. You can also write to the address above using webmail.

What to include

  1. Say that you want your Milk walla account and associated data deleted.
  2. Include your registered mobile number with country code to help identify your account.
  3. Support must verify ownership before processing deletion. A mobile number alone is not authorization to delete an account.

Never send passwords, OTPs, session tokens, identity documents, or full customer ledgers in your request email.

How your request is handled

Deletion requests require account-ownership verification to protect your records from unauthorized removal. Keep access to your registered mobile number and reply to support using the same email conversation. Contact support if you cannot access your registered number.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your account and its associated live business records. Login sessions are revoked so they can no longer access the account.

Deletion is permanent. It does not settle or forgive real-world debts between you and your customers.

Retention and records outside your account

Where information must be retained under applicable law or for a specific security issue or dispute, retention is limited to that purpose and the period it requires. Contact support about records related to your request, including any applicable retention or backup limits. Account deletion does not recall copies already exported or shared.

Exported files & WhatsApp messages

Files you previously exported or downloaded, and messages or bills already shared on WhatsApp, cannot be recalled by deleting your Milk walla account. Manage copies on your devices and copies held by recipients separately.

Delete inside the app

Profile → Privacy & data controls → type DELETE → Delete my account and data

This is an alternative. You do not need to install or open the app to request deletion by email.
