Select the customer and enter the quantity delivered. Check the date and rate.

Review past deliveries for each customer and verify the entries.

Choose a month and review customer-wise totals before sharing the bill.

Enter the amount received. Review the remaining balance, including partial payments.

Open a reminder in WhatsApp, review the text, then choose whether to send it.
